Our beautiful Oceanfront Rooms offer unobstructed 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean while Oceanview Rooms enjoy a partial ocean view, overlooking either the iconic Pismo Pier or the largest oceanfront pool in Pismo Beach.

Oceanfront Rooms feature either one King bed or two Queen beds where you can wake up to the waves crashing just below the private balcony or patio that extends off the bedroom. To make your Pismo Beach vacation that much more memorable, each of our guestrooms is appointed with thoughtful amenities like binoculars so you can focus what’s really important—the view.

Take your pick of a Pier View room with southern views of the famous Pismo Pier, or opt for a Pool View room, which overlooks the largest oceanfront pool in Pismo Beach towards the north. Each Oceanview Room features either one King or two Queen beds and a private balcony or patio of your own, providing the perfect perch to discover the views that make us one of the best hotels in Pismo Beach. *All of our rooms are non-smoking.
