What is your cancellation policy?
All reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours before the arrival date to avoid penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged the first night's room and tax upon cancellation.

What time is check-in?
Check-in begins at 4 PM daily. Please come prepared with your photo ID, the credit card used for your reservation, in addition to your license plate number, car make, model, and color. Note: At check-in, we will need a photo ID matching the credit card used for your reservation that we will be used to authorize the room, tax, and $100 for incidentals.
When is check-out?
Please visit us at the Front Desk or leave your keys in the room by 11 AM.
Is late check-out available?
Late check-outs may be requested, but not guaranteed. Late check-out is based on availability and extra fees may apply. Please contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out.

Do you have on-site parking?
Effective January 1, 2024, a daily self-parking fee of $15 USD, plus taxes per day, per vehicle, covers the cost of parking your vehicle on the resort property. This includes secure, covered, and well-maintained parking facilities with 24/7 surveillance. We also offer pay-for electric vehicle charging stations.
Does Shore Cliff Hotel have a resort fee?
A Daily Resort Fee of $35 USD, plus taxes, includes daily american breakfast, high speed Wi-Fi, a weekend wellbeing class, two reuseable aluminum water bottles, beach chairs and toys, access to e-bikes, and more. For the full list of inclusions, click here.

Open daily 8 AM - 10 PM, the pool and hot tub can be accessed using your room key.
How do I access the beach from Shore Cliff Hotel?
Our hotel is situated directly on the bluffs of Pismo Beach, so there is no beach access available directly beneath the hotel. Beach access is under a mile away in either direction of the hotel, however, thanks to our newly opened Pedestrian Bridge.
